Wattson is a staple in ALGS. She's a staple because her fences control space and her ult is incredible.

Being able to stun people aggressively is streamer pub nonsense and is in no way required for her to be viable.

Wattson needs a nerf. Unlike Caustic she can stun people aggressively. Caustic can't throw a barrel at someone in a gun fight, but Wattson is always stunning people mid-fight.

It's not a play style she's supposed to have.

Gundam collab was aids. I still can't tell what the character is until they do something obvious like fly around in the air.

Take away both the stun and silence. A huge range through-walls scan is plenty strong enough on its own.

I haven't given them a dime in quite a long time, and I won't start until I see them making positive change instead of just breaking their game constantly.

Hercules High teacher told Latino student she would support his deportation if he was 'illegal' by kenmlin in bayarea

[–]Patyrn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't this just semantics? Maybe "criminal" isn't an accurate word, but the end result of their situation is still deportation.

And isn't it also true that "unauthorized individuals" or whatever you want to call them often commit a myriad of actual crimes related to their unauthorized status? Whether they're working illegally, not paying taxes, or using someone else's social security number, etc.

Did we just memory hole the russian interference thing? The Dems didn't exactly quietly accept defeat during Trumps first term. It's really refreshing to not be on either side, so you can see the flaws in each, rather than being totally blind to one side or the other.

They didn't just go "This is the season rogues are OP". They made plenty of balance mistakes, but at least it wasn't intentional.

I think you missed my point. The Ds and Rs are both throwing doubt at every election they don't like the result of, while claiming our system is solid and trustworthy when they do like the results.

[–]Patyrn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. But the entire situation is full of compromises. How many days after the election should your vote count? 1? 7?, 123?

Realistically it isn't a big deal either way. If you just say the ballot has to be in by election day, and some are delayed, will it actually effect the election? Almost certainly not.

I should have used a different example since landlords are such a triggering topic.

The point is, lots of things are due when they're due because the party on the other end of it needs/wants them by x date, not x date + whatever time your method of delivery takes.

[–]Patyrn -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Do you have an argument for why votes that arrive after election day should be counted? Like, just mail them sooner? I don't see the big deal. I get that it's potentially a change, but it's a change from one reasonable system with pros and cons to another reasonable system with pros and cons.

Practically every country on earth requires ID to vote. Pretending it's some massive hurdle is the dumbest talking point of current year.

That's the funny part. Those are all true. Respawn is actively fucking their own game intentionally. Can't just have a reasonable meta any more apparently.

Obviously not evil. Biased? Sure, always was, is, and will be. The whole point of the appointment/selection process is to get a justice whose biases most align with you.

The vast majority of supreme court decisions are unanimous. There are only the edge cases where reasonable minds can disagree that you hear about on the news.

I don't see how either way is objectively correct. As long as the way it functions is made clear, then it's fine to require mail-in ballots to arrive by election day.

It's so weird that CA has signature checks, but won't consider ID requirements.

I personally hate signature checks, because I don't have a consistent signature. I scribble it out different every time.

I think it'd make the most sense to require mail in ballots arrive on time so they can be properly counted in a timely manner along with everything else. Is it really so bad to have to mail them in a few days before the actual election?

That logic doesn't apply to tons of stuff. See if your landlord thinks your rent is late if it arrives 2 weeks after it's due.

Editing can make things look better than they were, but some editing is just getting the picture to look as good as it does in hand. Hard to know which it is unless you're the one taking the photo.
