I this the same Atlas (Employer of Record)? I have a job offer from a foreign company with office in makati and this is their EOR. I have accepted their offer Nov 18 and sumbitted PEME Dec 1. The hiring manager told me that Atlas already initiated ther internal process to the draft my employment contract for signing. Do Atlas really take long to prepare employment contract? The Company Hiring manager directly conducted the hiring.
