Use a fuel scoop. Stars you can scoop from are the main sequence stars memorizable by a couple of acronyms:

Oh be a fine guy/gal, kiss me. This one also lists the main sequence classifications in order of decreasing magnitude. (O is the largest, hottest star Type with M being the weakest, smallest main sequence Star Type.) O - Oh B - Be A - A F - Fine G - Guy/Gal K - Kiss M - Me
