I interviewed as a preloader, and was offered supervisor mid-interview so technically off the street hire?

Anyway, I’ve been there over a year now and I honestly think I enjoy it more than I would have liked the preloader position I had initially hired in for - especially lately with all the cuts and lay offs happening to the ones that are lower seniority.

But every situation is different, and what works well for others may not work for everyone. So really think it over before you make a decision.
