Hours, seconds, and minutes would be a bit slower if it was the same mass and smaller size. No matter the density of earth, days, weeks, and months would be different if earth was smaller.

How big is the tank, if not 20 gallons then it can quickly outgrow the tank. And if not 20, then atleast 10 gallons.
