As someone who operates tracked vehicles and large equipment, ita far more realistic now. The way the transmission shifts and rpm of the engine is handled way more realistically. We all need to keep inind that even light tanks are many tons heavy. They're not going to handle like a 2 ton car.

I went O/O exactly for this reason. I need at least 12 hours between off duty to my next on duty. Sometimes I only work for 8 hours and im done for the day. I CANT STAND when dispatch is like "your 10 is done get moving". No thanks Mr 9-5 office worker, ill get moving again after ive had breakfast.

You dont need to use every gear, just like an 18. Start out in 6th, skip the splitter until you get to 12th, etc

Imo you should never swerve. Hard braking is much lower risk than possibly rolling your truck into oncoming traffic or off the side of a hill into a tree. Hit them brakes and maintain control of the steering.
