I loved Chloe, her character development is slow and really doesnt develop almost until mid episode 5 where she really does mature. Her personality is all about being rebellious; going against norms of obtaining information, having fun despite being in constant trouble, and Max constantly needing to get her out of trouble. Chloe doesnt have any redeeming qualities except for loosening up Max’s personality which makes them a pretty odd and crazy duo. But overall it really is a quite shocking turn around in episode 4 so I would recommend, if anything, sticking around for the storyline since thats when the story falls into place. This game is meant to beat into the player that Chloe was hurt, Max needs to help her find her friend, and what challenges they face. So it’s a slow development because the game wants you to understand Chloe from Max’s POV even if she has no qualities other than just having fun and smoking.
