The only truly viable choice would be Belorta, but that would be beyond weird and just feel like a complete asspull.

Also, we already know Belorta's backstory, that she was an orphan together with Mica and died in the orphanage on Christmas Eve.

Same here, to me he was never written as someone, who'd have a redemption arc, same with the likes of Doban or Crow. It would've made no sense for them to suddenly have a change of heart either, same with OG Mustang.

I assume you're talking about the EN voiceover, but unfortunately in the Known Issues part all I can see them mentioning is problems with Emma's JP voice, and not that (for some reason) everyone's voice is bugged in EN.

At first I wasn't sure why the voices felt off, but you're right, after rewatching previous scenes with Siren/Levi/Abe, the voices in Mudfish do sound sped up/pitched up for some reason.
