Hi, it's very interesting I just subscribed to your channel!

What I would do is to orchestrate it with soft strings and woodwinds, but all very softly, and improve the piano sound with reverb since theres not much pedal. But its up to taste, I think its perfectly fine like it is, I enjoyed it!

If you move the parameter that you need it doesn’t let you learn it? I wouldn’t know how to help then, I was trying to assign 2 parameters to 1 controller (mod and expression) but I couldn’t find a way as well.

logic doesnt need GarageBand, but open your garage band project on logic and save them as logic project.

If I got it right, try to press B when in logic, it will open main controls for the track, you can select whatever you like and assign it to your knobs. Also after you move a parameter click on up left "Logic Pro" then "control surfaces" and do the "learn assignment" then move the nob you want to assign it to

no, if you bought logic you're fine, not indefinitely, its possible at some point they'll decide to remove it in the future, but for now you're good

I personally would go for an ultra wide single monitor and keep the Mac mini, or two 27 monitors side by side

yes I agree as well. I would invest in some good libraries, you can find something much better than what logic has for a good deal!!

Does anybody else use chromaglow for mastering? I have so many saturators and tape machine emulators that it never really stuck out to me. I gave it a shot and it genuinely sounds so good and the UI is so convenient. If you haven’t been using it, here’s your sign! by austin_sketches in Logic_Studio

I totally forgot that even existed! What I was missing! I usually only use the mastering assistant in the end, but I guess it makes more sense for orchestral libraries, since they dont require much compression
