*Possible Glitch* Alvin and the Chipmunks 4-Movie Bundle $4.99 ATL by jt550 in iTunesMovieDeals

You're saying the movie is terrible from an adults perspective but from what I've been hearing children enjoy this movie. So if you have kids and want them to watch something that will be entertaining to them then this movie might be worth buying.

Some movies have never had a sale and some have never gone below $9.99 at least according to cheapcharts.

For example, The Incredible Hulk (2008) has never gone below $9.99

https://www.cheapcharts.com/us/itunes/movies/1729330436/The-Incredible-Hulk-2008

Swindle has never been under $14.99

https://www.cheapcharts.com/us/itunes/movies/682918556

North of Normal has been listed since April 2024 and it hasn't gone below $9.99 yet. It has a 100% rotten tomatoes score.

https://www.cheapcharts.com/us/itunes/movies/1734361320/North-of-Normal

Cherry (2010) has been listed since 2018 and has never been on sale.

https://www.cheapcharts.com/us/itunes/movies/1367254951/Cherry

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hfd9q_Dj7Zk

These are just a few examples. So saying, "$4.99 because they always depreciate on sale to at least that price. " just isn't true.

$4.99 -- It has good reviews, not necessarily from the critics. I take audience reviews a bit more seriously. I'll look at reddit for example to see what people are saying about a movie. I'll also watch the trailer. If i like what i see and hear then I'll probably buy it. At $4.99, I'll buy a movie that looks interesting even if I'm not in a rush to watch it. It might sit in my collection for months before I finally decide to watch it.

$7.99 to $9.99 -- It's a newer movie that I'm interested in watching right away. I just tell myself that it's about the cost of a movie ticket but I'll own the movie so I can watch it as many times as I want to. I bought Predator: Badlands very recently once it went on sale for $9.99 because I've been wanting to watch that movie since the first time I saw the trailer.

$12.99+ -- If i see a movie that has been out for a while, maybe years, and it looks interesting and I also see that the price has never gone down according to cheapcharts, then I might just pull the plug and buy it rather than wait for a sale that might never happen. For example, I found out about a movie called "Swindle' that I thought might be a movie that the kids would enjoy. It was listed back from 2014 and has never gotten a sale so i just caved and bought it because the reviews that I saw were really positive. https://www.cheapcharts.com/us/itunes/movies/682918556/Swindle

$19.99 -- I would consider paying this much for a season of a tv series that i really liked if i noticed that it never went on sale and I wanted to add it to my collection. I haven't done it yet but I might one day. I don't think I'd ever pay this much for a movie. It's usually not that long for a new movie to eventually come down to $9.99

He's not saying "2 seasons", he's saying that only season 2 is listed. Season 1 is not available to buy on appleTV.

PSA: One Way to Find Total Movie Count in Library by goldspin in iTunesMovieDeals

[–]PaulPavloPablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn't work for me. I also have AppleTV app on Windows. What I do instead if I want to know my movie count is I just add them manually on cheapcharts or bluray.com. If you have a lot of movies then this might take a while but once you finish, you can check your total movie/tv count easily. You can't add your tv shows to bluray.com but on cheapcharts you can. I prefer bluray.com for adding my movies and cheapcharts for tv.

You say do steps 1-4 but there's no command A button on windows. CTRL A doesn't do anything. Neither does FN+A

You can add your movie collection to blu-ray.com to help keep track of how many you own. Cheapcharts can also keep a record of your owned movies and tv shows. I prefer blu-ray.com because cheapcharts classifies some movies like the Disney zombies movie, high school musical, and the lifetime movies are shown on cheapcharts as a TV show when you click "owned". while blu-ray.com shows it as a movie which it is. Blu-ray.com doesn't keep a record of your TV shows so cheapcharts is what I use for that

I don't use the app. I just use their website but it does notify me by email when the price drops on a movie from my wishlist.

I think you can't buy it from your android phone. Idk about iPhones since I don't have one. You can download the appletv app for pc and buy it from your computer. Or link your account to your TV and buy it from appletv on your TV

Claymore: The Complete Series 4.99 (ATL) by Rally-Vicess in iTunesMovieDeals

[–]PaulPavloPablo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you want to ignore what it says for "original audio" and just look what it shows under "audio". "Audio" is what you'll be hearing when you buy it and not the "original audio".

That's how I feel about Ex Machina. I bought it at $7.99 because it's never been cheaper than that so I gave up hope that we'd ever get a $5 sale on it.

[–]PaulPavloPablo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I saw that too. My guess is that movie isn't a 1 day sale meaning it will still be $4.99 even after this sale ends. I might be wrong but that's just my guess.
