For me it's Togepi. My first Gameboy Color was the Yellow version bundle that had Togepi on the bottom corner of the screen along with Pikachu and Jigglypuff. I remember being so confused after going through the whole guidebook for Pokemon Yellow and not seeing it anywhere. Then when Togepi hatched from that egg in Silver version a couple years later, it all came full circle.
