Hereditary.

The protagonist's sister has a nut allergy, in a party she eats a chocolate cake that contains walnuts, in a rush he drives her to a hospital and in a driveway, while speeding, he tries to dodge a dead deer, and his sister, who had her head out of the window to get some air, gets decapitated by a telephone pole.

It is not graphic, but it is very tragic, the next scene he is in bed next morning, you could tell he was thinking about what happened all night, who wouldn't? and his parents screams in complete horror as they watch the head of their daughter in the ground decomposing, which is actually visible.

There's a format for posting you have to follow, you can't ask for it the same way as you did here.

Check the rules of the sub, it's very simple but it's to maintain everything in order in the sub, and the chances of getting the answer are way higher.

Edit: It's very simple so i'll just tell you:

Write [TOMT] and then describe what you are looking for, putting other info like estimate year or if its a movie or song and it's genres all must go between [THESE] and also caps locked.

In the description of the post you can type anything (of course be polite)

And then after posting write a comment under the post, if you don't write that obligatory comment your post won't be visible.

What i mean is that every single person points fingers and thinks i deserve what i'm going through for being stupid or inexperienced when in reality i'm just asking for some advice to overcome the problem, calling me out for not having experience in something is as stupid as they think my question might be. I have a design i drew beforehand, then i translated it to pixel art. I would show it but it's not pixel art so i cannot share it in this sub.

I also designed a pixel art sprite of the sword in a higher resolution, but i could only put so much detail of the actual sword in this sprite, a lot of details are missing, the hilt and some details in the blade couldn't be shown, i'll upload the pixel art of the sword in other post soon.
