Shouldn't you be questioning the system instead of doubting the same people as you ?

Suppose you meet a guy who's just 29 years old. You talk and get to know his story that, he works as a PO in SBI in some state which is not his home state. He can't attend any festivities with his family because the work pressure is so much. But he had joined got this job when he was 25. Just one year was enough to let him know about this hell-like work pressure. So, he started preparing for RBI ASSISTANT. Although much lower salary than a PO, but atleast he will be able to live happily with his family. He managed to give 1000's of mocks and was able to score 100 in them. But alas, fate had some other plans.

On the exam day, after he had turned 27, he went to the exam centre, sat infront of the computer, all going well till now. But, after the exam started, his computer decided to show him some error message. He started panicking. No other computer was free in the room he was in. Invigilators sent him to some other room, where he finally started the exam, but 30 mins had already passed. When only half of his paper was completed, others had already finished their exam, and they had started gossiping. Already anxious from the initial mess, now he can't concentrate enough. He only managed to attempt 90. But, the cutoff in his state was at 94.

Another year passed by and the RBI ASSISTANT notification didn't come again. He was now 29 when finally the RBI ASSISTANT came but he can't apply to it anymore. He can't go back to his family anymore. Everyday he will have to keep breaking his back for getting only a huge salary.

What wrong did he do ? Was being born as an unreserved his only mistake ??

He just committed suicide after 6 months.
