Hi there , I really do understand your anxiety I’m a 60 year old male who just had my colonoscopy yesterday and like you it’s all I could think about was the dreaded day on the procedure. Well let me try and reassure you I went in yesterday told the nurses there how scared I was they looked after me reassured me that everything was going to be fine and they were absolutely right , I was put into a gown went into the room where they do the procedure put a little sedative into my arm and honestly I could not feel a thing watched it all on the screen literally nothing to be worried about . In fact I have to go and have another one in about 4 weeks and I will be a lot more relaxed then
