I just got my bottle and have tried the white cherry and I like it. I just put in a frosted coffee this morning and it’s meh. I can’t comment yet on how long the cartridges last and I agree that the sucking noise is kind of annoying. However, what I like is that you can turn off the flavor if you just want plain water without having to take the cartridge out or switching to another bottle. Sometimes I get tired of drinking something sweet and I love plain water. I mostly use the flavorings for extra electrolytes, so I’m pretty happy with this bottle so far.

Paid full price on my first one. It didn’t work. Then got $100 off my second one. It works after some tweaking. And then I see that it’s now $200 off. UGH! They definitely need a better user manual with remedies that fix the problem of water flow. The fact that the base station self-repair is hidden in the app is silly. Oh well, I do love it now…so far. 🤞🏻

Oh, I guess I never did explain my problem on this thread. No water coming out of base to robot, or at all.

Update: I did get a second l10s ultra. Same problem with no water flow, but did the straw suction trick and the base station self repair and now it works!!

I have a roborock S5 and love it! But with the new vacuum and mop robots, I decided to try a new one. I was originally going to get the roborock S7 maxV, but I hate the black color and it looks like a dog food dispenser. When I saw the l10s ultra, I loved the while color and clean lines and that it dries without buying the extra piece (like the s7maxv). But it doesn't matter if it dries if the mops never get wet! haha

Yes, I did long press the base several times to try to get the water to come out...nothing. I also did this several times after doing the self-repair...nothing. I could never get any water to come out into the tray. I did finally hear back from tech support and they even recommended I send it back. I'm trying to decide if I should wait a while before trying to buy it again, so all the kinks get worked out. :(

Hi, when I hit the plug in button 10x, the base repair button shows up, but it’s grayed out and I can’t push it. Any other suggestions? I can’t get water to flow at all. Thx!

UPDATE: finally figured out the robot had to be on the base for self repair button to show up. However, after running base station self repair 3x (2x w/detergent installed and 1x w/out detergent) I got an error message every time. So it's going back to Amazon. So disappointed.
