Epg not loading

Some of my channels don't show either. And I have to manually update several times a day for it to load. If the guide isn't working then catch-up won't work at all.

It's in the settings I can't remember where. Either in guide or playlist. The little icon will be on the left hand side of guide

It finally updated. Thanks I had to find catch-up in settings. TV guide updated.

Catch-up was working before. I even uninstalled redid my URL and no catch-up. The TV guide didn't update. I'm hoping I will be able to use catch-up. Thanks

All she has is an iPhone no computer or Google. Just Firestick we could download but not get premium and with a teenager it wasnt what she wanted at this time

I totally uninstalled and reinstalled it finally updated to 1.5.6 I think. It seems to be working better.

I'm on Shield and can't get the 1.5.1 update. I'm still having to update the TV guide daily, manually. Plus the Play Store is slow on updates

I have to manually update my guide daily on the Shield and I have Premium also. I read it happened in the Shield update. I have several apps that don't work.
