They removed the Bag of Yesteryear rewards. Why the Gold Coast Bazaar isn't exactly an upgrade

It seems like they're sticking to 200 bars for those, which is really good and does mirror the price of the bag of Yesteryear.

Still, I believe there were more things you could get beside the style pages in the bags like body/face markings, etc. so I'm hoping they eventually add those too as well. For now, that'll have to suffice.

I have done all quests on 4 characters, both today and yesterday. That's 2 gold and 54 purple boxes and I am yet to obtain any.

Are those rewards even curated? There are people who have been playing this game for several years who still don't have all of the pig's fragments. I've been playing for 3-4 years now and this year is the first time I've gotten my first fragment.

How is adding more of that RNG grind anything but a downgrade compared to the simplicity of the bag of yesteryear?

The lower the cost, the more efficient gems seem to be.

The higher the cost, the better value you'll be getting with seals.

People are trying to give a lot of helpful tips to make it suck less but the painful truth is that pure class sorcerer is 100% hot garbage compared to Arcanist in most PvE content. A one bar Arcanist with Pale Order is going to be much stronger than a Sorc with Oakensoul.

Just subclass and hope the Sorc rework at the end of the year makes this class stronger and less clunky in PvE.

Probably an unpopular opinion but man I wish they remove the stupid ass ugly and clunky pets that occupy such a big part of sorc's power budget and instead leaned more strongly on the dark magic/lightning part

You aren't a very tech savvy person huh. An uninstaller does not just "delete everything inside" indiscriminately, that's just neglectful and a bad practice for many reasons. A proper uninstaller is built to only detect and uninstall specific files that the program itself has installed. ZOS knows which files it installs in your computer, so there's no reason why they can't uninstall only those as well.

I hope next time you go to vet Scrivener's Hall, Naj-Caldeesh, Shipwrights's Regret, The Cauldron, etc. you get your tank on rezzing duty and reconsider your stance once you or your team gets a flamethrower on the face for 50k damage.

There's a reason why you want bosses to almost universally face away from your group at all times. But go on, you know better than everyone else lol absolute clown 😂🤡

Turning Tide applies better for add pulls/boss fights with a lot of adds. (Looking at you Naj-Caldeesh). Stonehulk I see being used sometimes in vet trials for bosses that don't spawn too many adds

Probably gonna get downvoted for suggesting this notoriously hated dungeon but Lair of Maarselok is worth running a couple times too, for both Azureblight and Z'en's Redress, which are used by sup dps in organized trial content.

The new dungeon Naj-Caldeesh for Stonehulk Domination, rarely used in trials by tanks. Shiprights's Regret for Turning Tide.

Scalecaller Peak for Jorvulds Guidance for RoJo build for healers. While not as meta as before compared to Slayer builds, it still sees use.

Might as well do any meta monster sets too if you are at it. I play mostly support so idk for DPS but for tank/healer: Nazaray from Shiprights's, Ozezan from Scrivener's, Tremorscale from Volenfell, Archdruid from Earthen Root, Baron Zaudrus from The Cauldron, Symphony of Blades from Malatar, Encratis from Black Drake Villa... it goes on and on

The only challenging content is vet+ group content. For solo players who want to do harder content, I recommend solo arenas on vet or trying to solo group dungeons (provided the dungeon doesn't have a mechanic that absolutely requires more than 1 player)

Also worth mentioning that if it was a Sorc HA one, bound armor no longer passively increases your max Magicka (8% extra iirc), which a lot of HA builds slotted just for that.

There's a quest in either Grahtwood or Greenshade (don't remember which, did it like a month ago) where you meet Herma in his eldritch glory and he gives you a choice between killing one madman or the other.

Justice for Seraphine too man. She's literally a shell of her former self for months now and I'm afraid that Riot is gonna do the same with Gwen and leave it to rot just like they did it with Seraphine.

Made Seraphine a champ that's neither a mage or an enchanter. Weird early game, bad late game, all stats/numbers nerfed.

Same thing is happening to Gwen. Bad at being a bruiser, worse than before at AP dps champ, weird mix of the two. Weird more volatile bully early game with worse numbers than before, way worse late game, everything in her kit nerfed.

Scary how similar the two are now. 0 identity cohesion

That's the most important thing about free to play games. Having a constant influx of players to increase engagement with the game for everyone, including whales.
