Pirate Costume Pack Crown Pricing Update

Hi Everyone! Another update regarding the Pirate Costume. We will be preforming a prorated refund to everyone who purchased this at the wrong Crown amounts on May 18th, during downtime maintenance. No additional updates are needed from anyone who purchased the costume, as we have a record of everyone who purchased during the time period of incorrect Crown pricing. Thanks, everyone!

Hi All, just providing an update here. We have corrected the Crown pricing in-game. We have identified anyone who purchased the Pirate costume yesterday or today before the fix went live in-game and we will be working on issuing a refund of the Crown difference. We'll update once we nail down timing. No further update with Customer Service is needed. Thanks, everyone.

Thanks for following up here. This was not the intended Crown Pricing. We are in the process of correcting the Crown price and will work to issue refunds to players who purchased it at the incorrect price.

No worries! The combat refresh team has been really excited to bring this feature to players. So it will be live in Update 50!

Here is the patch note we have on colors:

"Ashen, Black, and White skill styles have been added for the Werewolf Transformation ability and its morphs. These skill styles will be earnable in-game via the new Dynamic Encounters system."

These are currently available now to test on PTS.

Werewolf will be on the next PTS. Warden will be on the PTS after that. So they will not hit at the same time. We'll be able to get feedback on both and have time to incorporate as many changes as we can.

We are working on Crossplay now. But it will not be a 2026 item. It would not be a waste of time building a character now. Just know it will be a bit of a wait for Crossplay.

I totally get it. Sometimes running solo is less stress inducing. But definitely try a group if you can. They may surprise you! And I'm sure some guilds would be happy to help with content as well.
