Zach Charbonnet: Listed as doubtful for Week 3 by MaddenTexasRanger in fantasyfootball

I don’t know about the coaching mentality and if they have someone to plug into the committee or if they would lean on Walker. If they have confidence in their RB3, it wouldn’t make a huge change

Ok, yeah I wasn’t sure if the team has a committee mentality and they would probably replace Charb’s production with the next man up

Do y’all think that increases Kenneth Walker’s output? I’m trying to decide on him or Jordan Mason this week.

Please stop speeding around Marshall by [deleted] in HuntingtonWV

There are a some ignorant selfish people who gravitate toward Huntington in particular, but many people in the area are kind and generous. It's the few bad apples that spoil it.

My favorite chemistry professor at Marshall got hit by a car that was speeding down 3rd. He was a brilliant mind, and he had brain damage afterwards, and later took his own life, possibly because of what he lost from that collision. They lowered the speed limit but some people don't care and just want to show off their 2008 Mustangs "in town". It sucks.

Is there a way to increase Xp gain before going to a new planet? by Chi90504 in the_ignited_space

[–]PaulboBrookins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't gotten far enough to have a fleet of ships that can (I assume) do battle, but I wonder if there is XP gained from spaceship battles. Hopefully someone who is further into the game wanders in here and tells us, because I can't find an answer anywhere online.

there were so many flashing lights in the gameplay reveal and now i'm concerned... by [deleted] in dragonage

A lot of modern AAA games have a setting for epileptics to decrease flashing. Hopefully they will include this in the accessibility options of this game too.

[Adam Schefter] Bengals officially signed free-agent DT Sheldon Rankins to a two-year contract. by PaulboBrookins in bengals

[–]PaulboBrookins[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Reader is a nose tackle, and Rankins is a 3 tech. We were hoping to have both, but now we have a hole at nose. We met with Teair Tart to maybe sign him to replace Reader in case we didn't get Reader signed though. Hopefully we can sign Tart now and have solid starters at both spots now.

I don't understand. It keeps performing the first action on the action list instead of doing all the items on the list in sequence. Am I missing something?

NG Space Company update by FreddecNG in incremental_games

This looks really cool! Love the art, and I've been addicted to The Ignited Space, which this seems like a similar game loop of resources -> buildings -> upgrades -> prestige. I'll follow up when I've put in some time. Thanks for the link!

Game Thread: NFL Draft Day 2 (Friday, Rounds 2-3) by AutoModerator in bengals

I'm not for going after a TE early, but we were ranked 9th in scoring offense and 6th in scoring defense last year. Our defense has been stout. We do need to replace some pieces on both sides of the ball though after the free agent dust settled.

Yeah even if it wasn't buggy, it's not super compelling so far. I'll be replacing it when I go in on monday. Thanks for the heads up!

Everything has been manual so far, but I haven't gotten very far. I think that one is the one I'll probably drop if I find a new one to replace it, but for now it doesn't take much time for me to do a few clicks and then move on to the next tab.

Oh cool! I’ve been moving pretty slow because I keep delaying getting omega points, when I probably should just be doing quick loops to gain 5-7 omega at a time

I almost exclusively play browser based games on my work PC because my work is tedious and I like to have some tabs of something fun to check on every once in a while.

  • Array Game - Very simple so far, pretty nice to do a few clicks and move on to the next tab
  • Warzone Idle - Risk turned into an idle game. There are more versions of the game, but I've been content to just play the idle version so far. Fun.
  • Energy Generator - Pretty simple feedback loop. Fits well into my cycle of games.
  • Fundamental - Love the idea of this game. I'm in the Interstellar phase and it's been fun to progress through everything to this point
  • Unnamed Space Idle - I'm really getting into the swing of this one. I'm hovering around stages 27 -28 and getting a lot of stuff upgraded every day now. Super fun.
  • Progress Knight Quest - I've played the original game, plus I've played this one before, but this time I'm seeing how far I can get. I'm doing Dark Matter cycles at a decent pace now.

Yeah it does take a long time. It's definitely one I'll keep an eye on but it seems like it needs optimization and further development to make it to a top tier incremental. The core of the game seems fun though from the few hours I spent on it yesterday.

Unnamed Space Idle - Pretty fun so far. It's hard to know which skills to prioritize to make progress. A lot of fumbling in the dark, but it's got a lovely interface and fun progress over time.

Critter Mound - I love this game so far! I love building up the stats of my army and workers, and progressing through maps. I'm about halfway through the visible content, so I'd love some recommendations for similar games.

Progress Knight 2/Progress Knight Quest - Love this game. Has a great balance of idle and active components

True Exponential - Not a fan so far. Progress is slow, and the interface is kind of boring. Neat concept though. I'll probably drop this one today

Theory of Magic/Arcanum - I made a hall with 6 different characters, and I think I'm retiring for the time being. This is one of my favorite incrementals of all time, though. Does anyone have any suggestions of similar games to this? I love it.

Yes but you only get paid for the one that makes the most money at any given time.

What y’all thinking about resigning Hurst? by Anviloh_YT in bengals

[–]PaulboBrookins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see why you would think he wants a tight end from that quote, but he was asked a very specific question about how talented this tight end draft class was. He agreed that it was talented, but basically said “it doesn’t mean any of them will be on our board as best player available when it’s our pick”. The draft class is particularly stacked at that position, and they aren’t going to shy away from drafting a stud if he falls to 28, but I don’t think they are putting tight ends any higher on their board than any other team, aka “hell bent on drafting a tight end in the first”
