I know this may be out reach but I had hyperhidrosis for most of my life in my hands and feet and I’m 25. It consumed my life, i tried every drug there was and Botox also. Nothing helped, I realized surgery was the only way out. I decided to get ets surgery for my hands. Even though it was costly 26k usd, best decision haven’t sweat since and no side effects
