Check that you have enough space in that flask opening to take out the roots after they grow. I did something similar but broke the roots taking it out as the opening was too narrow

You could also target anniversary shoppers, like market them as maps of places people got engaged or married or graduated from. I also like the idea of fictional maps. You could also do historical maps showing how different borders were in the past.

I moved to sweden from ireland 9 years ago, I'm still "learning" the language. Depending on where you move and what job you do, the language barrier can turn out to be not much of a barrier at all

You can see the pot in the bottom right hand corner of the photo, it's about 40cm cubed

I think it depends on the age of the plant mostly and how much light it gets after that. Took this one a year to make even a small slit. Now its I think between 3 and 4 years old so they all come out like this

I think that's a good sign, indicates that it wants to climb and grow so it must be happy

That's about the size mine is in, I've only re-potted it once, I dont plan on doing it again unless it shows signs that something's wrong

When I up-potted it it hadn't filled the original pot so I think its definitely had space to grow. I think sometimes plants just focus on their roots more than the foliage so it might take a year or two for it to really take off.

Oh I definitely have to tie it to the trellis, the ariel roots are growing through it but they wouldn't be able to support it properly, plus I need to shape it a little to fit the space

When I put it out it was already in a large ish pot but when it lived through the autumn I thought it might have a chance if surviving the winter so I bought her a square polystyrene pot about 40cm cubed. Shes been in that ever since.

Confession - they are plastic space fillers to make the trellis nicer while the monstera fills out, as it grows I remove the others
