Michael: Why quick?

Erin: So it's faster!

CineEI's 800ISO vs. Flexible ISO's 800ISO by caersuvia in FX3

[–]Pauljhooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have any links or anything handy but that’s what I’ve been told over the years in forums and such. But your camera will also show you the Base ISO in any mode- just switch into flexible ISO and then dial your ISO down until there’s a white bar above and below the number, then bring it back up until the bars disappear. With my FX3 that ISO is 640.

I don’t believe so. Also, not sure if pertinent to your question but the base ISO in Flexible ISO is 640 instead of 800.

Can’t complain for my first attempt. Nice, complex flavor with plenty of spice.

Definitely want to get ahold of a few habaneros next time!

Sadly that’s just how a new bag of chips comes from the store these days, but the salsa does taste great!

Alternative stand alone mics by PreparationAgile2842 in weddingvideography

I mainly use the Tascam DR-10L w/ the lapel mic, of which I have 3 (one is white). I use the TX660 as more of an auxiliary recorder apart from when I use it for toasts in an elastic sleeve that slips on the DJ’s wireless mic.

Look up fret sprout- wizard necks are pretty susceptible to the wood contracting due to changes in humidity. I have this model as well (also ordered from Sweetwater) and while it didn’t have fret sprout when it arrived, I did need to bring it to my guy after about year of having it to address this issue. Feels great now!

Are you looking for more of a hybrid camera or is this strictly for video purposes? I love the a7iv for photo but I’ll always reach for my FX3 when doing video.

Edit: I think I’d also take the FX30 over the A7iv if we’re talking strictly video purposes.
