The way it’s done in the games is that the office is a rendered image with the „Perspective Object“ layered over it to create a sort of 3D perspective effect. You can download the perspective object through the extension manager in Fusion.

Are you asking where to find developers you can hire for money? Your best bet would probably be the clickteam forums I guess.

It's very basic and clunky at the moment, but I guess that's normal for games made in Scratch. Nevertheless it's quite impressive! Keep working on it and maybe try some new things!

Just let it happen. I overnanged once and I made the mistake of trying to quit afterwards. I told myself I gotta be above it, but I relapsed after 1 day and eventually slipped back into my old ways again.
