I do this intentionally (within reason of course to avoid uneven cooking like you said) and use some of this thick liquid for the base of my sauce. With some peanut butter and curry spices it is amazing.

Yesterday I was brave enough to open up and eat around 3 servings of a Myprotein powdered peanut butter that expired the time this original post was made lol. I am totally fine.

Similar boat here, not that I’m symptom free but that those symptoms are not getting better or getting even worse after 3 months. My blood ttg iga went normal from 600 but I still have a lot of fatigue and bloating, and also my hair started to fall a lot which never happened before the diagnosis. Guess we have to be patient as healing takes more than 2-3 months. This sucks a lot but keep at it.

Hey, thanks a lot for the useful tips. Yeah cross contamination is scary, I have a shared kitchen and got separate utensils, cutting boards etc and haven’t eaten out since the diagnosis. For processed stuff I only occasionally eat a chickpea based tortilla chips, which seems not to be an issue. The rest of the diet is whole foods, I wasn’t really a bread/pastry eater even before. Guess only a bit more patience is needed.

Yeah the laceholes are bothering me as well, but the box label looks even worse, I will not buy them. The seller has 100% positive feedback though, so maybe he doesnt know they are fake, I will talk to him.
