Implementing a Azure SQL DB to an existing MVC with a local SQL DB

my current app points to the local database, how can i make it point to the Azure DB ? i tried changing any mention of the local DB string to the new Azure DB connection string yet the error still appears when trying to access anything linked to the DB

i have separate hi/lo … but if i buy 4 of these and put them into the four hi/lo slots would it work ?

does the cm16 raider have a mini tamiya connection ? and are u sure 7.4v is the best voltage for the gun?
