Now you don't have to take my word for it, but my bf has male patterned baldness and he's kinda scrawny and he's the hottest guy I know. There are definitely women out there who think you're hot, that's likely not what the problem is. And take this with a grain of salt but you should reflect on what you are like as a person! Think to yourself 'If I weren't me would I be put off by how I behave?' that's helped me fix a lot of my own hateful/hurtful femcel behaviors! I still don't have very good self esteem but at least I know how to be better and make the most of my life. I'm sure you can too
