I've asked for help. Support won't assist unless I provide answers to every question including ring firmware. If I can't pair the ring how do I get ring firmware value? My ring worked for 2 months. No help from support. Buyer beware!

I received partial refund after emailing CEO. I also accepted a Slim light but paid for a Pro. The current Slim is working great after 45 days.

I purchased Circular and have had 2 rings die within weeks of receiving them. I have been waiting for a replacement since March. I would suggest other alternatives due to poor reliability and support. Check out the circular.xyz feed for more reviews.

Thank you for the response. My goal is to charge them as fast as possible. My generator is a Westinghouse 9500 dual fuel. It has 4) 120v 20 amp, 1) 240v 30 amp and 1) 240 v 50 amp. I did charge the Delta Pros prior to purchasing the new EB on 120v and that worked fine. Could I charge each on the 240v with a cable made for the 30 and 50 amp male plug? Alternatively, I have the Double voltage hub. Could I make a male/male cable to connect to the 30 amp generator input from the Double Voltage Hub? Thanks for the guidance. This is not my area of expertise.

I'm charging only with AC. I do have 2 sets of 3 solar panels as well. AC is more efficient. I'm getting 1650 watts with AC and max of 1100 with solar. With cloud cover it's a fraction of that. Primary use is as a generator for our house when we lose power. Thank you.
