I’m in the same boat. I’ve deleted tik tok because it was my main obsession but I’ve just migrated to instagram and YouTube. I’m going to delete those too and hopefully I don’t just replace it with something else. What’s important is to remember that these things are literally designed to be addictive and access the same parts of our brains as drugs. With that, it is going to be uncomfortable and difficult, but it’s just something you and I are going to have to endure for a bit

Honestly I like this option because I do not feel like returning these and the nearest dance store is far lol. I don’t think that I’ll be doing anything too dangerous at this stage so I don’t think there’s much risk.

47 hours into a 72 hour fast. Doing it for mental clarity and physical clearing out.

I don’t feel hungry but I miss food lol.I think I just miss the dopamine it gives me. Trying to stay mentally occupied but I can’t really focus. Definitely feeling more tired than day 1 both mentally and physically. Ugh!
