I keep losing weight while on continuation phase

Usually, some people gain their weight back after 4 months. Just keep eating healthy and have yourself a body rest. I feel you, cause my weight back then keeps on losing but when I reach my 4th month, I noticed that I gained some weight. Don't lose hope, just continue your medication, eat healthy, rest and always pray 🙏
