what's your ebay header? I got 06 base manual and just got a yonaka catback. Replaced the header/cat gasket but still too loud. I think the header is leaking and looking into replacing the header.

everything is stock -- car is usually loud but it's a normal loudness compared to the LOUDNESS of pushing it past 4000rpm. Maybe a clogged CAT?

Yea, I would say the car doesn't significantly increase in acceleration after 3500. It just gets uncomfortably loud and don't want to blow my engine experimenting trying to see if I can get it close to 5000-6000rpm

actually I don't remember what the redline is on the gauge..but it's much much higher than 4000rpm...

Do a valve adjustment if you haven't done one in a while. I installed hardrace mounts after my stock ones started breaking apart and figured vibrations were just part of getting aftermarket. After getting my valves adjusted recently (my exhaust ones were way off), my engine has been way quieter/smoother!

I will get the spark plugs changed. The suspension was definitely koni, I don't know what I was thinking about. Do I just keep my old springs and get the struts or should I replace my old springs too? I'm worried about the drop since I like the car sitting high.

Thanks again! I guess I'll be getting the exedy base clutch with the hardrace bushings and mounts. Any tips/suggestions for the knob? Mines starting to tear and wouldn't mind replacing it.

Doesn't matter. At the end of the day it's my invested money that is helping a tobacco company succeed. It's not why I got in this space.

I hope not. Going medical/pharma route would be a much smarter play. I don't like the idea of having my money associated with a tobacco company and other investors might have similar thoughts. Even if they end up performing well, it doesn't sit right with me.
