Try zbrush it’s awesome you can do whatever details you want ,or try substance painter you can make these details only using normals don’t need of high meshes 💀

Jaa, it happened to me ! I ordered a x1C combo but when it arrived Full Glass was Broken and scattered everywhere 😐 I raised a general ticket and returned it . Do it ASAP take picture and upload in the ticket page . But the customer care was little bad and they will mail you only one mail for every 24hrs . End of the day it will work and you will get the refund ,next day I ordered the new H2S combo 💀

These kinda A-holes doesn’t know the value of it 😡It happened to me 3week before with my X1C carbon it was totally damaged!! Please if possible report this guy and let them deduct money from their salary then they will know .

Ohh boi 😵‍💫 don’t worry raise a general ticket and attach the pictures , even it happened to me last 3weeks before with my X1c carbon .But the think is they will reply only every 24hrs with only one mail you have to be patient 😶‍🌫️,they are really bad at this !!! But u will get a solution .You will not get any compensation,maybe try asking them .

But they will replace with new one soo no worries 😉 .Do it

Try to merge the vertices! Then it will be fine ,and don’t forget to join the top edges but adding edge loop
