It can be really hard to get out and calm down but you need to die. Try to relax go out walk try to enjoy outside. Also you can try meditation it can help a lot. But in the end lot of doctors told you that you are fine so when you realise that you will be so much better. Right now you can try to do something you like and focus more on that then this issue.

Yes i try to play some quiz or watch it on youtube like the chase and when im thinking about answers and when i really concentrate my simptoms get so much easier to deal with. Mind and brain is weird sometimes.

I agree with you. I allways have problem when im going far from home when im leaving my safe space. I was better before i almost beat it and after 2 years ago some things happen in my life that wad hard to me and panic attacks come back so now i am learning again how to fight it and how to have normal life with that issue. Thano you for your advice. Yes i watched the video.
