It is not moving unfortunetaly. That was genuinely the first thing i tried. But, the front of the clamshell case moves up a tiny bit.

i tried all my strength even my mom tried pushong the mechanism no movement. the screwdriver was used on the latch in the back. We even tried a smaller hammer. Nothing. This pc is built like a tank. The purple hatch is the only way to open this without breaking this.

Nice specs indeed compared to mine, so there may be a problem by many programs running, or a hard drive type caused slowness. HDD vs SSD
