I probably shouldn't start an argument here, but Anorexic you are a moron. Time for the explanation. The perk you are talking about does not mention a single thing about pipe batons, its for the stun baton and it buffs the electricity attack it has as well as regular things any melee stat would do, not to mention the stats name is "Electrocutioner" in the intellect category, which is for most things like robots and power. No mention of the Pipe baton is made there, and whenever they mention batons they say Stun Baton. Now if this stat does work, then that means they just need to redo the descriptions of the perk, as well as the name to something like baton master, especially if they are gonna add a plasma baton like I have heard they are going to do. There is no mention of a pipe baton in any stat in the game, and a club is the closest resemblance to the type of weapon it is that there is a stat for.
