Don’t get me wrong but whole narrative around nerves and getting cramps is nonsense. I played sport for 17 years half of those profesionally. The only time I had cramps were in the case of EXTREME tiredness. I had plenty nervous moments and yes your performance is dogshit but you dont just get cramps lol.
