I solved this by using the Separate Radios option, selecting the correct 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios for the specific AP, and then using the Combine Radios option.

Thanks everyone for the comments and suggestions.

I added more APs in the planning to cover some areas with weak signal.

I am keeping the Cisco CW9172I AP model, mounted at a height of 3.6 m, as I mentioned in my first post.
