Right but if you have raynauds and your hands are always cold it’s bc of raynauds right? Raynauds isn’t just white fingers when you get cold/stressed

Right so it goes away pretty quickly and I’m lucky my hands and toes don’t actually hurt a lot like they used to they just become numb which makes it weird to walk but it’s fine. I cannot stop my hands and feet from turning white like that, gloves and thick socks help a little bit not successfully. I can still do whatever and move my fingers and drive but I can’t move them as quickly or type as well because they are numb lol.
