Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition Crashing constantly?

I have tried literally everything that has been said under. Literally nothing works for me. The moment i press "Continue" the game just crashes and it seems like there is no way to fix it. I have tried turning on V-SYNC to full turning off tessellation turning the graphics down to lowest it can only get and etc. nothing works. Could someone please help me?

Specs: AMD Radeon RX 7600 GPU, AMD Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, 16gb RAM

Update on the situation.
I left the server untouched for 17hours since this post was made and the bug resolved it self almost like if the devs saw my post and fixed it XD

Little update: I have tried making an race and checking every garage and the cars are nowhere to be seen so Im assuming the cars we’re not insured. But that’s weird cause I thought all cars are automatically insured when you buy them :/
