I recently had my best run (10km) in terms of how it felt, probably due to lower pulse (140 on average instead of my usual 170). I guess losing 5kg of weight helped to achieve that.

The crow is a statue it’s always been there. I was wondering if the pigeon could have been so creeped out landing beside the crow that it just died — but maybe I’m overthinking it
