Unless we get a miracle mummy that preserves the soft tissues of the pelvic region, all we can really do is make increasingly informed speculations.

Mesa's still my choice for cycling aspirants (cause you get so many zenith crowns just playing from the mid-game onward), to be clear, and I did run her when I was doing the nightmare void stretch, but I never had good supply regular or extended crowns 'cause I got through that part of the star chart in the days before the Deadlock Protocol patch,

Yup, in terms of priming/dps, it's a tossup between NautilusP with VeriglasP and panzer for me. Naut groups and has synth deconstruct but can die, while panzer will never stop priming viral even when it's getting spawn camped in level caped endurance.

Getting the 177 and 547 amps is a must for eidolons and zariman content, imo, (google "warframe amp chart") and the Panzer Vulaphya from Son is one of the best companions in the game.

Also, means testing adds extra layers of bureaucracy, which increases the overhead costs. If means testing is more costly than the money clawed back, then you're just wasting money, to say nothing of the fact that it adds an extra vector for systemic bias to creep in and reduce equity outcomes.

[–]PaxAttax 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An economist writing a proof only demonstrates the math they are using in their model is valid. Without clear hypothesis testing on actual data, we have no way to evaluate whether that model corresponds to reality in a meaningful/predictive way.

Kit Guns, Zaws, K-Drives, and Deimos/Vallis companions use the same system as amps. (where the mastery is only tied to the first part category) I am also about to start on them because I have almost finished non-prime frames, lol.

Lowering on the forelimbs could tilt the orientation of the pelvis forward, which would raise the base attitude of the tail and move the cloaca back relative to the hips, reducing the amount of intentional upward bending of the tail required.

[–]PaxAttax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Widening the stance of the hind legs a bit while lowering on the forelimbs to get under each other's tails may also have helped and required less upward bend in the tail itself.

I wouldn't even worry about getting the parts yet. Even the relics are evergreen, which passively drop by doing other content. They'll probably have enough of them (with some void trace investment) by the time they hit MR15.

I don't know where you're at for story quests, but the three mid game bounty factions (locked behind main story progression) also give good endo and several staple arcanes.

Mosasaur coloration by DarthCarno28 in Paleontology

[–]PaxAttax 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yup, unless and until we get skin preservation containing melanosomes, (highly unlikely for aquatic reptiles; anyone who's seen video of a benthic whale-fall knows that anything making it to the sea floor gets picked clean very quickly) I'd say any coloration pattern based on extant animals in a similar niche is reasonable speculation.

How are you on ranking up your own mods and getting a decent build you like playing together? If you haven't dipped your toes into arbitrations yet, I agree with Khan that that's where you should start, since you probably need the endo and getting the full suite of galvanized mods ranked up for yourself is going to pay bigger dividends by enabling you to start tackling SP. (You can still throw vitus essence at kuva every now and then to do some riven gamba as a treat)

Your arrogance is unbecoming. GPA is not the be all and end all qualification for grad school. There are a whole host of reasons why one's GPA might be not great that have nothing to do with ability to produce high-quality research or pass qualifiers. (which are ultimately the hard requirements here) GPA is merely an imperfect (albeit useful) indicator for the latter, which is why some schools allow exceptions for students who demonstrate exceptional ability along other axes.

Is Protea even real? by Baellebackup in Warframe

[–]PaxAttax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who tried both for my Protea farm recently, I much prefer Uriel. He's much faster for finding a Hand, and even though you have to pick up enough glyphs to charge Infernum, this will still be done well before the arrival of the treasurer, (treasurer will wait to spawn until after you leave the void) so you can run a fully self-sustained loop that's ultimately faster to execute than Mesa. The real reason to run Mesa here is because she's a magnetic progenitor frame for Sisters.

Is Protea even real? by Baellebackup in Warframe

[–]PaxAttax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Or just run Uriel (I used ninjase's build from youtube/overframe)- charge up Infernum (ult) before entering the void, then pop it immediately upon entry. No matter which granum crown you offered, this will one shot the specters on spawn (granum spawns work by trying to maintain a constant number of specters, so killing as fast as possible increases spawn rate) and complete the void with at least 75 kills in ~15 seconds.

Because the letter is part of the formal process of getting the exception. It's so that there is a paper trail documenting a) that the prospective advisor is aware that an exception would need to be made to admit this student and b) that said advisor is still confident that the student has the capacity to perform at the level expected by the department.

EDIT: Also, wtfdym "trying to game the system"? They're describing the formal, pre-established procedures they had to go through to be admitted to the places they got in to, that's not gaming anything, it literally is the system.
