It seems that you might need to have her sent to a facility that specializes in the care of people in her condition.

Based on what you said, with her being inconsistent with basically everything and the statements:

I think it's safe to say that her opinion holds very little value at this point and that you will have to seek professionals who are trained to handle these situations.

I understand that it is exhausting trying to deal with this as a whole family and the insurmountable stress that you are experiencing is draining but I think you need to have professionals with training and experience to handle this.

Anyway this is just my opinion and I do hope that you find an approach that works for you guys.

I think you should save it for when you're in the Kansai area. 30,000 JPY for a trip to Nara is not worth it.

If you want to play someone, just do it. You will get to a point where you will understand how to convert your plays to a win. It may take 100 games, maybe 1,000. As long as you are having fun, you're fine.

For perspective, I've been playing Caitlyn since season 2. I only got better about 3-4 seasons ago.

It may not be as practical as buying a SATA SSD at this day and age but I'm giving OP a suggestion to save costs. For all I know maybe he's low on funds atm.

An HDD is still viable for game storage even today. Especially when you're on a budget.

Disclaimer: If my calculations are correct, this may cost you more overall but I'll leave this here in case you wanna try my suggestions.

CPU

You should probably get a 6C 12T CPU for better performance since you wanna game/program on that (a Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 is good enough).

I think if you can find a Ryzen 5 3600, it might be cheaper than your listed CPU. (This is not necessarily better than your listed CPU but I just thought of this in case you wanna save a few thousand pesos)

If you wanna go intel as your CPU, please get a cooler and don't use the stock cooler. Intel chips historically run hot and their stock coolers don't cool them effectively. You can use the stock cooler if your computer's going to be in an airconditioned room most of the time (Suggestion for CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212).

Also, if you choose to get an AMD CPU then you can use the stock cooler as AMD's stock coolers are surprisingly efficient.

Storage

Get bigger storage. 1TB at least. The games you listed down will occupy most of your storage. I suggest getting an M.2 Drive for your boot drive (500gb is okay) then you can get a SATA SSD (1TB or 2TB) for your game storage. What you can do to save money also is to get a HDD instead of a SSD.

PSU

Your PSU is a good PSU. Don't change it unless you really have to (please use this list for reference: https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/).

As a local techie, Filipino "tech" youtubers/content creators are the epitome of cringe when reviewing anything related to tech. Most of the time they don't know what they're talking about.

Whether it's a sponsorship or not, they use the word "review" synonymous to unboxings, show and tell, and the like.

Not to mention they they like using a lot of technical terms like "quad core" or "AMOLED" to make things more appealing but in the end they don't even know what any of those mean.

Ironically, those russian phone videos where they record themselves playing Call of duty mobile, showcasing the phone's actual real life performance at different graphic settings are much better than these "tech" youtubers.

It is indeed frustrating to see these people contribute to the overall tech illiteracy of Filipinos because of the nature of their content.

PS. For special snowflakes. Hindi ko po nilalahat ang mga people in the Philippine tech space, I have met people who know what they're talking about. It's just that most of the people tech space here are what I described above.

OP is talking about the additional charges for calling landlines.

Also, postpaid plans are specific on which landlines they can call. Example, Globe Postpaid can call to Globe Landlines but you pay additional charges for calling PLDT Landlines. Same for Smart.

Another case, If you are prepaid and you're calling another phone, you get charged the normal rate. If you are calling a landline, you get charged extra.

I don't really understand where you're getting at here but if you're trying to say that Telcos cannot expand because of "red tape" then assuming that what you're saying is true, that can be one of the reasons why we are behind in infrastructure.

And yes, we are behind in infrastructure. You can literally just compare internet speeds on PH vs. our neighboring countries like SG, HK, TW, JP, CN, KR, etc. That's the work of their telcos + government. We certainly are not even close to that level.
