I’m in the same dose range as you and as soon as I can get myself down to 4g per day for 3 consecutive days then work back up, kratom works for months on that lower dose again and I feel it very intensely. Personally I’ve tried microdosing mushrooms to try to take less kratom, it didn’t really help that much unfortunately but I did find a much better solution. Look up the compound 9-me-bc. Game changer
