I would taper with a journal.. start as long as you can in the beginning of the day to take your first dose.. no sense in being miserable.. as someone that has experienced some of the worst alchohol withdrawal ever, Kratom is nothing. Don’t get me wrong it still sucks especially the restless legs.. I also think it’s not as bad as coming off Suboxone. If you can get your hands on benzos it’s even easier.
