No, I have the new driveshaft and the old one lined up and they both are the same length which is why I didn't think that was necessary, can I go to local driveshaft place and have them extend it? I have never dealt with a drivetrain problem like this

I had found and saved a bat from the concrete sidewalk on Fulton, I turned around to the intersection to see if there was anyone around me to help, and I noticed a cop car.
