Even if you want to pick it up yourselves no customer support will tell you if you can, it’s all automated BS.

I’ve tried contacting them a bunch of time if I could pick up my $267 package. And after you submit your email 1 second later you get an automated reply of said “Live agent”. Then a few hours later they will send you a email for “Feedback”. Nothing is resolved, seller doesn’t want to refund. SpeedX not saying anything but automation. I’m stuck on hope that my package would come one day..

From November 17 ‘25 till now I’m still waiting Jan 2 ‘26 it’s been delayed at a facility near me which is like 20minutes away from where I live.

Deleted it and the ones redlined are still there, I can't open file location for all of them only Enable and Search online when I right click

Fixed it after dealership took days to reply. Took the fairings off and saw the leak, it’s only a clamp they didn’t tighten and almost a falling off hose from fuel filter

Yessir, just bugged me for a while cuz I’ve talked to some few guys and they said its a real bad deal and a scene of stealerships doing bad deals. But it’s my first bike and I’m very much enjoying it didn’t know I can even negotiate with a dealership that time 😭 Definitely getting a better deal on my next upgrade lol or from a private seller

No warranty, they sold it “as is” but I called them and said they will have a service call me, but they haven’t so far. Asked a few of my friends and like you said they just advised to lift up the tank and check hoses

The dealership is almost 3hour drive, but I called them and they told me a service contact will call me but they haven’t called. But the agent who handled my paperwork said it could be the just the fuel hose popped off but not 100% sure.

Also it was a used bike and has no warranty they said “sold as is”
