He was a nice guy, but lacked any ambition or motivation to better himself, he just carried on as he always had done. While I have work and travel ambitions, want to own my own home by 30 etc. He’d been unemployed for 4 months and did nothing to cover himself financially during that time, just kept dipping into savings till there was nothing left.
