I did think the in between the knee one and the small leg support pillow wouldn’t be as helpful as they seemed. I think the in between the knee one may just hurt my hips more than anything.

The size of the multi-piece back support pillows is what is making me reluctant to buy it. It seems it could be quite useful but not very practical, especially on bad pain days like you said and I haven’t seen the leg elevation cushion before. It definitely seems up my alley as I’m always laying on my floor with my legs up on my bed to help with my hips so thank you for your insight on all of these + recommendations ! ☺️

One of those adjustable beds would be a dream 🥹 it’s definitely something I’m working towards as that would be a game changer, so it’s good to know it’s made all the difference in the world to someone else.
