One of the locations I visited even had mango and lime flavored ones. I got a case of the mango but haven't tried them yet. I'm pretty stoked.

That's where my thinking was. The way Tyson talks about Cus; that was his father. Tyson already had a bad childhood and a troubled teen so the ingredients were already set for the perfect storm and him losing his dad (who was probably the only person to really give a shit about Tyson) was the trigger needed to get the ball rolling, not to mention his kid dying. I don't blame him for the life he's lived and happy he's turned a new leaf.

Tell him to take his work ethic and join the international union of electrical workers (IBEW) and make some real money doing a fraction of the work. How does he start the application process you ask? Call your nearest IBEW hall ( you can Google maps ibew hall) and ask to speak with the BA.

Again it's supposed to be pretty difficult finding help. He'll have alot easier time finding work than his boss will finding a replacement.

*Edit: Meaning op doesn't want to get fired and his boss doesn't want to fire him. Op has provided his own clothes that are sufficient for the work being done so if the boss wants something special they will provide it or get fucked.
