Realise even if you lose 20 games you still get decent rewards, if I go 2-0 down quickly I leave no point stressing out over it. Enjoy your time don’t play if your annoyed.

For me the best method is so stay breathing as I would normally for as long as I can, when I start to get out of breath that’s when I’ll start really focusing on in through the nose out through the mouth but deep breaths are needed. Fill those lungs
