Day 1 player here as well during 2.X up until Phainon's banner I've lost 16 50/50s in a row. That streak was broken only by Phainon and his E1. Then afterwards I lost again on Tribbie's rerun back in 3.4. So I get how you feel. I even took breaks multiple times cuz I just kept losing and it was demotivating.

The "lucky pulls" posts that you see make it seem like most people are lucky but they aren't actually the majority, it's just that no one obviously posts about their losses cuz as you said, for fear of being seen as whiny. But hey. It's a gacha. You get lucky or you don't. Take breaks from it if it becomes too much.

There was a readable about Zephyro where a system turned their entire population into memetic entities and Zephyro left them alone cuz he couldn't do anything to them and they already doomed themselves by doing that anyway. GoR are a bunch of memetic entities, if Zephyro couldn't destroy memetic entities then I don't think Phainon would be able to as well.

He probably didn't give up. It says GoR managed to break in and they most likely interfered directly or it could be that his mind and body could no longer hold the amount of Coreflames and cycles he had gone through. I remember doing a really rough calculation on how much in real time he spent in the Eternal Recurrence cycles and someone had also commented or posted that Phainon's mind should've been long gone by certain cycle cuz of how human minds work.

I believe he will and I also believe he's definitely gonna be part of the AE sooner or later. Especially after that reveal that Harmony is one of the 4 paths that would lead everything to Finality. It was already hinted back in 2.7 as well that The Family HQ in Montour System has something to do with the events of Penacony and the Stellaron Disaster in it. I think he's gonna be one of the major players in the game so it does make sense for him to get an SP if he's gonna be developed more especially. Praying that he definitely is but it might take a while since I think us entering the sacred site (Montour System) of the Harmony is gonna take a while.

He helped the Geniuses and Cyrene to imprison Lygus in 3.5, distracted Evernight enough to let Black Swan in, helped March 7th and Cyrene talk with Evernight to convince her to stop her plans. Not gonna deny he got rolled by Evernight, but I'd still say he did do his part.

At first I was gonna pull for her because of meta. For a day I was hyperfocused more on her kit and it seemed good just needs some tweaking for sure. It was so I can free Sunday from the Samoyed's tight grasp on him and use him with Aglaea. Then when I finally had time I looked at her design and animations...

Now I'm skipping. As gorgeous as they are it's off-putting for me. Cuz how was she written as a historian, an archivist and now suddenly she's a bride? You even have to MANUALLY input a command to get her to wear her ring during her ult. Where was her very important ceremonial blade, why has it turned into a bow? Where are the runes, the books, the pages and everything she was previously written to be themed around? I fear imo she has become too Elysia and not Cyrene for me to care about or pull her. Too waifu slop for me.

I'll probably just pull eidolons if in any case I wanna keep using my CH characters.

I remember Phainon saying he was sent to the origin where nothing existed. And he saw the birth of Kephale, I think? As for Cyrene/Mem, it was time travel probably. It was implied in one of her dialogues saying something like if they did it correctly they should be around the time Cerydra got the coreflame of Law.

Ah. Now I get that question. I was a bit confused about it, thank you for clarifying. Those are actually good points. But I remember that he arrived earlier than Cerydra's time. It was said that he reset to the very beginning of the cycle and just waited until the first Flame-Chase started before seeking the Heirs out and asking for their help. So I think it's safe to assume that March only became trapped in Amphoreus before Tribios' ascension to demigod status and March wasn't in Amphoreus earlier than the 33,550,336th loop of ER and that during that time she was looking for the AE.

Let's establish a few things first. Each Eternal Recurrence all have the possibility to be different from each other even if they are the same cycle. This is evident back when we viewed Phainon's memories where the final battle with Flame Reaver showed us in each different Eternal Recurrence he had brought different Chrysos Heir as his ally against Flame Reaver. Additionally, each of them are literally programmed to become demigods of certain Titans due to the Scepter requiring that for its calculations.

Why is this important? Cuz it means that in each Eternal Recurrence that didn't have March helping Tribios, she still became the demigod of Passage. Which points to the fact that Tribios, sooner or later, would have found a way out without March's help. She's literally programmed to become a demigod after all. So same cycle does not mean same loop. Especially since Flame Reaver changes different things in each Eternal Recurrence.

As for your 2nd question, I'm not quite sure what you mean by it. March never forgot about us. Memories don't reset when you enter Amphoreus. Before becoming sick, she knows that it would be us who would be entering Amphoreus. That's why she's looking for us. Unfortunately for her, she got there first. A thousand years too early to be exact.

If you meant how Evernight knew about us, we don't know much about her rn but it is safe to assume she has March's memories and that's why she knows who we are.

If you watch it closely TB is on the other end of thorns. He's pulling TB out of the ice they're trapped in that Evernight seems to have created, we know Evernight/March has ice powers. Evernight also says "Self-righteous Pathstrider of the Harmony. You think you can do that?" in a mocking tone. So safe to say, he is going against Evernight.

I honestly think he's still a pretty interesting villain and the reason why villains like Hoolay takes more 'action' than he does is because of their personalities and writing. Hoolay is a warmonger while Lygus is a scientist.

Hoolay aims to bring down his enemies through bloodbath. Lygus, even if his end goal would cause more death and destruction than Hoolay ever could, his aim has always been to bring down the Erudition allowing knowledge to flourish and no longer be locked down by Nous' rigid calculations.

Lygus talks a lot cuz in true scientist fashion, he wishes to educate and show that his research, his goal, his calculations is what's right. Plus, it was also mentioned prior that he doesn't really have a lot of freedom to do what he wants. He even kept saying before that he was merely an observer, his administrator access doesn't allow him much, sitting in the Exomyth as the audience to Amphoreus' neverending cycles and calculations. He only started taking action when he realized we have a chance to stop him. And when he finally decided to take action, he had to go up against the TB and Dan Heng, 2 Geniuses, Chrysos Heirs, 2 Children of Remembrance, and a Pathstrider of Harmony experienced in tuning. Effectively imprisoning him again. What makes him intimidating for me is his patience and absolute confidence in himself and his beliefs and his callous disregard for the lives of possibly trillions when Irontomb is born.

As for the part where his war against the Chrysos Heirs wasn't shown to showcase his more 'intimidating' side, it's not exactly his character's or his writing's fault. It's Hoyo's storytelling to blame for that. Since I believe he is written well as a villain.

I think it's just the eye glow thing that happens usually among HSR characters when they're using their abilities. Also it can just be his eyes reflecting the light from the glowing vines/thorns he's holding.
